Here is the very top section of what you tried to call everybody's attention to, and which says exactly whatb I said AND EXACTLY THE OPPOSITE OF YOUR POINT:

I said that the terms restrict them to having to convert all the shares in one maneuver and you said it wasn't so, but the very first sentance of your "PROOF" shows me to be 100% correct?
