The co. hasn't and will not issue any further stock. Why? MILLIONS of Dollars in product sold revenue, that's why! The revenue being generated from the Koma Unwind brand far exceeds any type of earnings that could potentially be generated from issuing stock.

So there you have it, a new leaf has been turned. The only problem the company has, is how to reduce the O/S count... That's it. Doubters aren't even a problem, because they will see the light as the months go by and they see retail locations increase by another 1,000%
