You could see it starting on Monday at the open. Now that the fiscal calendar is 2013, shorts can bid-to-cover and profit all they want. Tax liabilities now pushed into 2014. Many have been compressing price thru December to set this up. Chart started 2012 over $1. Its .0021 now. Id say they are sitting ok to buy back all they need.

I fully expect .003 to be tested quickly just after the open. When it clears, look out above.
