Protection from criminals currently and crazed citizens hunting for food and supplies when their gov't entitlement checks stop coming.

Also, I've yet to hear a logical and coherent answer why people need 500 HP cars, motorcycles that go 150 MPH, McDonald's food, white sugar, anti-depressants, alcohol, cigarettes, and the list goes forever.

When you have reasonable answers, other than on the gun issue, you personally just don't "get it," let me know.
