Is there a reasonable hypothesis for sequential/combo treatment of TNBC with Panzem or ENMD1198 followed with ENMD 2076?

In the following study:

http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22077725

…it was noted that when cell cultures were treated with 2ME2 in concentrations ranging from 1 nano mole to 10 micro moles a significant up-regulation of p53 occurred. The upregulation then diminished as the concentrations were increased from 2.5 to 10 micro moles.

The recent publication of preclinical results for ENMD 2076 in TNBC cancer lines revealed that activity was greater in those cell lines with increased P53 expression.

…it appears that pre-treament with 2ME2 (Panzem or ENMD 1198) followed, or in combo with ENMD 2076 may provide an effective treatment of patients with TNBC and/or a biomarker for patient selection.
