LOL
you said
--"First, you were the one that showed up here looking to warn us all of the physical prowess of your hero Keith. --"
That certainly is not why I showed up over here. I showed up over here to simply say "WOW". Keith mentioned it, I came here, never expected the looney tunes were so rampant, but he was correct. However, you are entitled to interpret why I came here any way you wish.
--"
Second, what makes you think you can reserve the right to take the final jab on your way out the door? Do you think you somehow trump my right to reply by writing the words...I would appreciate it if you would not post to me anymore? I would never follow you to another thread to continue our debate. However, don't think for a moment that I won't reserve my right to reply to any attack you make at me here or at any other thread."--
My intention was not to 'get the last jab', as you say. I just deal with people and their problems all day long. I have no desire to become a regular poster here, or anywhere else. So, with this in mind, you may feel free to post back to me after this post, and you can talk about my mother or whatever you wan't. I will not reply, and you may therefor have the last jab since it seem's to be of such importance to you.
--"Personally, I don't care who you are or what you write, however, one would have to be a complete moron to post that they are going pay for an airplane ticket to fly some stranger to their home to fight them, even though you're a professional shrink and believe that's a sign of somebody with self respect and confidence. "--
Yes, I do. I think it shows alot more self confidence and respect then talking big on some stupid board, and then admitting to lying about PO boxes and making ranting childish posts, simply looking for attention, which he is obviously receiving. And frankly, it is not as unusual as you may think to offer to fly in an opponent. It costs as much to take your wife and Two kids to see a Basketball game, then it would for a plane ticket. In this hobby/profession, many of the people are poor, blue collar types. Sometimes there get to be real grudges between these fighters, and yes, sometimes one will offer to pay to bring the other in for a fight. Bring the guy in, kick his butt, move one step further ahead. Now in this instance, keith wasn't looking to pay to bring in another fighter, he was just willing to pay to take out some frustration.
And although I cannot speak for Keith, I think he knew better and knew this Paul guy would not take him up on his offer, and it looks as if he was right, since Paul admitted to sending fake addresses and etc, and then lied about what Keith said in private- and yes, I read a copy of the PM he sent Paul. And Pauls response concerning keith requiring notes from attorneys and etc, etc,-well, lets just say the guy has quite an imagination and exaggeration seems to be one of his fine points.
--"Besides that you are indeed pathetic and the reason is simple. Somehow you believe you are going to win a war of words on a thread called, "the parking lot" by telling us all how tough your friend is in kick boxing. Your Internet debating skills seem to consist entirely of physical threats. Do you actually believe that telling anyone repeatedly about your friend's martial arts skills is going to win any Internet debate or is your intellect so weak that you must constantly default to crude forms of physical intimidation? "--
First, I am not trying to win a war of words. I'm a Head Dr.- Uh, Duh! As I said, I showed up here mainly to simply say, WOW!
Nor am I repeatedly telling you all how tough my friend is. We were discussing it, I believe I made a total of-how many posts? And I was simply stating the facts as they are, in reply to your post. Me, physically threatening you?? That's curious. Excactly when did I do this? Not only am I a non-threatening individual, I dont think I've been in a fight since the 5th grade, and I have no intent on starting now. How ludicrous a statement! Physical Intimidation? Me? Ha, I don't try to physically intimidate anyone. Intelectually, maybe, but certainly not physicaly. Ha, that was a good one, though.
__"
And for your further reference ultimate fighting champions are wrestlers, not martial artist. Martial artist get their ass handed to them by any wrestler that steps foot in to a ultimate fighting ring. It's also quite ironic that you would make a wild boast of unless you are in to the martial arts, which I doubt you are, you and your 5 friends couldn't take him down. Being that I spent my whole life competing as a wrestler I have no doubt that I could take down any kick boxer that dares raising a leg off the mat. "--
Ha, more good stuff. Who said anything about Ultimate Fighting. I said Kick Boxing. And as far as those Unskilled Ultimate fighters, the one's I have seen are certainly not wrestlers, they are mostly overweight macho big man, that normally get beat by a guy half their size with some skill. You think a specialist in the Martial Arts will get their Ass kicked by a wrestler? Ha, this would not happen in Ultimate fighting, let alone Kick Boxing, which is what I have been talking about anyway. Since you claim to be a wrestler, I can see why you may be biased and stand up for your sport, but if you honestly believe a wrestler stands a chance in the ring with a skilled kick boxer, you are living in dream land.
Lastly, interesting how you lambast one for physical threats, and mentioning their talents, yet you comment about how great a wrestler you are, have been competing your whole life and have no doubt that you would take down any kick boxer that dares to get in the ring with you. Any kickboxer, huh? Gee, that's pretty impressive. My guess is that Jackie Chan would hit you 14 times within a 2 or 3 second period, and you would look much more humbled then Lennox Lewis did last night. I also suspect, that Keith, or any other skilled Kick Boxer trained in the martial arts would have no problem with any wrestler. In fact, the idea is so preposterous, I don't even know why I am debating the issue. A wrestler vs a brown belt or better- Ha, sorry Mr. NY Hot Shot, but whether in a back ally, or in a wring, there is no wrestler, not even Dan Gable on his best day, that would stand a chance against a skilled kick boxer/martial artist.
Ok, you can now come back with some terrific retort and get in the last punch, since it is so important for you to do so. I will allow you to do so and will not reply back to you. I can't promise I won't laugh, however.
