Concur. Same thing will happen with STPEEZ IMO, with them getting MUCH guidance, help and participation from the Lusophones. See Homeport's post that already hinted at them changing the oil rules to benefit the Lusophone consortium? I'll be shocked if ERHE does not partner with a Lusophone oil co at some point in the STPEEZ development. And Menezes is making overtures to the Trovoada's(sp?) to gang up on the MLSTP. We DO live in interesting times...guess we got the Chinese curse, LOL.
