FACTS: Frohman left, and they were not evicted (lets see an eviction notice). The execs are there. St. Clair didn't leave, heck...Mike Moran even decided to return to the company. I have seen his BIO, looks like a great guy to have on board. And then theres the "other guy" behind the scenes. Oh, and also Harrington/HM3, which has completed a portion of the infomercial. More stuff on that soon.

BTW, I don't see any multi-million share massive tax season selloff yet. Less than 2 hours to go.
