I would be very concerned about promoting a product to a National TV Audience, for which I don't have the TradeMark. I'm guessing that RFMK, or at least they should have, worked out a deal with THC Scientific, to promote the CannaCig to a National TV Audience. If a deal with THC... = another somebody to take yet another piece of shareholder beneficial, value add, away from RFMK investors. If RFMK didn't take care of these potentially significant legal issues... look out below!
