I know I'm right. Been there.

Yes, he leaves the room while the panel discusses the cases, however...you normally have citizens on the jury from all walks of life, the majority unfamiliar with the legal process. They are easily...very easily, led by the so-called voice of authority.

Just keep that in mind....
