exBex, Looks like both Marcel the Fisher's emerald expert and Jay are both right. Marcel says Jay's emeralds are basically worthless and Jay states in a newspaper article that 4 boxes of emeralds he has in Key West are worthless.
From the looks of this picture, I also think they look worthless.
