No, they didn't go after Scott Marshall. They did sue the first group of promoters; the ones who pumped the stock about six months before the big run.

They deposed some people, but evidently weren't able to get at the masterminds of the scheme, as you say.

Of course they're now suing Eade, who prepared SAEI's initial registration statement, but the litigation in question has to do with the former GSTP.
