Libby's lawyer has laid out their defense, the tried and true, too busy to recall, defense.

Fitzgerald says Cheney told Libby Plame was a CIA agent. Libby says it was a reporter. Either way, so what? big deal. That still doesn't solve who told Novak. And Novak isn't saying and hasn't been required to. Why is that?

I'm predicting Libby is convicted on maybe one or two counts. Doesn't mean he didn't leak the name to the reporters; hell, he's not even being charged with that crime. Nobody is and nobody probably will, all Fitzgerald has is discrepancies in Libby's story.
