Maybe because Meringola's last three insider sales gave him more than $700,000. That many shares satisfies a lot of demand without letting demand drive the price up. Price may indeed be "artificially low" as a result, but that's small comfort to wary investors who have no guarantee he won't put even more up for sale and drive it even lower. Eventually, I'd like to buy this one but not yet.
