Any stock goes to the public means they need money that is why they goes to the public, it doesn't matter big board or small cap stocks. We know that. DUSS has been 6 years in the market float 302 million. share price not multi-cents .0005. if they didn't dilute i guess it would trade at multi-cents .. once it was 1.40 dollars.
