I think it would be silly and unprofessional for Chrome to hide their participation from the rest of the shareholders for just a few additional percentage points of ownership. I do hope they announce the level of participation (if above zero). Otherwise, I think there are very few who will participate. I guess it would depend on if you think they can get sufficient cash from a buy-in. All my calculations are based on Chrome participating 100%. I can't imagine why they would indicate public support for the offering and then not buy the shares they are offered. I am surprised that their support was not announced in the prospectus. Maybe they want to exercise their right to make the grand announcement themselves.
