Of course it was filled with emotion. How else would you explain "the accounting error" in the complaint itself when it said "nearly 1000%" and should have stated "nearly 900%" ?

Kind of ironic by the way that an SEC complaint itself an "accounting error" by way of a common mathematical error on percentage calculation forgetting to subtract out 100%.
