I think those that have written that this litigation will be decided in 2013 will view the case management schedule on the Skunk Blog as a sobering reminder how long and tortuous the road ahead is. I have to remind those folks as well that this schedule says absolutely nothing about the appeal time-table that will follow. The only possibility of reversing this burden on our company would be a real settlement. But DVG will have none of that.
