Nope guys wrong on this one , did the accused commit a crime and to what extent did he break the law ? Its the circumstances surrounding the alleged scheme, and how it was carried out and who the players are and then who makes the best deal !!! Oh of course there is the slight possibility of a trial , but rarely do all charged defendants take their cases all the way to the end and face a jury ......... This one will likely be resolved very quickly, not years only a few months ....quote below read
