This is an explosive stock and most of us know that. The penny stocks are run by the MM's. Without a LOT of volume they try and usually prevail on winning the sideways action.

We need a victory tomorrow and over 100 million volume to see CIRC take off and get to where it belongs....WELL OVER a penny!

This has been a very positive board....don't let the idiots (probably not old enough to drive) get in our way! They should all go to the ELAY or SVEN board and spread their happiness!
