Israel must keep the Arab states from having what it has.
Any Arab state that gets close to having a Bomb will get a instant visit from the Israeli Air Force. Check this out:

As time goes on eventually all nations that want atomic weapons will be able to make them - and that includes the Arabs. However, the only Arabs I know which a technical capacity are the poor ones - the Palestinians and Jordanians who work for a living. So they could do it with sponsorship from the Gulf States who are too lazy to do anything. Does not bode well for Israel in 30-50 years unless things start to cool off soon.
