Who is "playing chicken" with whom? I don't know what the CIA knows, obviously. But Bush has not sufficiently made the case for war. Where is the urgency? Iraq is surrounded by US troops, with UN inspectors and personnel inside of Iraq. How is Saddam a threat under such conditions? And why not let the inspectors continue? What is the reason for opting for war now?
