Provident Metals is where I buy my monster boxes WC. Premiums are half the $5 you indicated from other sources...$2.49 Selling 2012s or 2013s for $16,220! Interestingly, they are buying them back at a buck and a half over spot ($15,775). This is my preferred way to STACK THE SMACK! Unfortunately, the old adage has some truth to it: You have to have money to make money.
