NE Project is three miles south of the active Dawson oil

field in Richardson County Nebraska. The south line of the prospect is

the Kansas/Nebraska State Line.

The proposed drill site will evaluate all formations that produce in the

nearby Dawson oil field, including the deeper St. Peter sandstone. ABBY
