Currently, ABBY Inc. has partnered with Black Star 231 Corporation of

Kansas City, KS in the development of a 2100-acre field in Richardson

County, Nebraska. Black Star 231 holds the lease rights to six parcels

comprising the ‘State Line Prospect’, functioning as the Operator on the

field with oversight in drilling and field development. Abby signed an

Option Agreement with Black Star 231 Corporation comprising the first of

six parcels on the State Line Prospect on October 31, 2012. The terms

call for Abby, Inc. to purchase up to three of four units being offered

in the Participation Agreement for $138,650 per unit. If Abby chooses to

acquire its 75% working interest the first cash call will total $415,950

for drilling two wells on the “Rose Dome” parcel.
