It was originally posted the cone machine can fill 5,000/hour. I don't recall seeing any numbers for the empanadas. I understand the machine(s) might be capable of doing it but is CNOZ doing it? Are they running 24/7; 8K products per hour?

50 hours a week, 50 weeks a year would do it at 8000 units an hour. Any idea how many employees it takes to do that?

I am not convinced the wrapper machine can do 8,000/hour(little over 2 per second). Do all the products get wrapped?
