They should loose all their liberty!
Our Constitution created rights for any and all individuals.....
That must not abridge others their rights.......

Driving is a privilege and it may be reliant but I wont go there now.

The ability to control a weapon of mass destruction should be accredited.
This isn't a musket that has to be cleaned, loaded and primed as the Constitution imagined.
What if the future presented the ability to launch a satellite to any individual who would buy a laser?
There are a few who could fund such a project.
And the technology is getting more available.

I'm all about liberty and freedom.......These carry a responsibility.
