I posted that as an FYI. many people here have posted that it's Fitzgerald who indicts. That is just not the case. He isn't even in the room when the Grand Jury votes. It's 23 ordinary citizens picked at random and sworn to secrecy.

It their are indictments don't shoot the messenger.
