IMHO - The assault weapons ban should be passed as it was of which the most important part is limiting magazines to 10 rounds.

I think that is a good start which should be politically manageable to do easily...

I have also posted that weapons that are easily modified to full automatic should be banned. That one will take a lot of arguing by the 535 to do.

About 90% of these shootings involve people on SSRI's. That needs to be considered, but I do not know how one legislates it.
