I would say the risk of SEC Registration revocation is high right now, especially since this is being promoted, and there haven't been any SEC filings in over 4 years. This is exactly the kind of stock the SEC is targeting for revoking.

When they revoke the registration.... that's it. Over, done, no trades allowed at any price... Beware the possibility.
