I'm sure every company in the Pinks could be possibly on the list and be a candidate for chill status. I think (PURELY SUPPOSITION) that they had enough requests, and received some unoficial verification from the DTC so they decided to allow it early.
Like I said purely speculating here.
Kinda like a Merry Christmas gift from TDA.
