I'm somewhat surprised that nobody else has picked up and expanded on this last piece of DD here. Other companies that were involved in the SEC's investigation actually ended up being suspended. Can it potentially happen here??? IMO it is a very real possibility.
The deeper I dig for the facts with RFMK, the more inclined I am to wait for the TripZ's. Conix has actually made some valid points about how to play RFMK. I'll wait until after the holiday's! I don't see anything of significance happening, other than a number of peeps taking advantage of losses for tax purposes.
