You are correct, Asher typically splits up their note conversions based on how much liquidity they're seeing - usually anywhere from $10-20K at a time, so this time around might have been split into two conversions. I also believe we're looking at a total of 8-9M new shares, which we should be nearing completion of selling if you follow the volume while assuming some of it is not Asher.

Once VERT is gone, that should signal the end of this note being sold into the market. Like I said, the next conversion can't occur for another 6 weeks, so that's the window the company has to deliver. Otherwise, any future Asher notes would truly be toxic. The notes to date have not been good to the share price, but at least have not completely destroyed the share structure. Should still be looking at an O/S of just over 120M, which is low compared to most OTC securities.

I have heard it is the intent to pay off all remaining Asher notes with the real financing, should it occur in time. I sure hope it can happen.
