heb was ill prepared... the board sound like they really wanted heb to do well but heb was not ready to provide good data after 20yrs. heb knew they were not ready which lead to the atm vote to dump more share to continue the data trials. heb is not dead because the company raised enough cash with that atm and maxm shorted heb hard with the atm shares. now csprat you made your money...tell us who u really work for...heb or a group?
