"Well...they did run him off..." ya! off the board and straight to is layers who then filed suit.

i said "they can't run him off unless he wants to go." if they make him an offer he likes he'll go, i.e. he will want to go if the money's 's right.

My comments/speculation were focused on this and what companies do try to make these lawsuits go away or to reach a settlement (out of court).

nothing wrong with what you said, you just failed to finish up with and important issue. i.e., in crashing the value of his stock, everybody elses' crashed along with his. imo the way it's written leads people to believe that only his stock would crash.

so it seems they are willing to crash there stock and maybe by extension the hole company just to get out of this deal.

my job is to figure out how to profit from their activities, not to bitch abouit them or try to change.have a nice '13.
