unfortuantely with pink sheet stocks the amount of companies that actually come back to be controlled by the same small groups are staggering...
if i could offer any advice to an investor would be that if for any reason you wanted to hold a stock more than one day,please let it at least be an otc stock...
flip pinkies very quickly as it is not very hard for a company to get a legal opinion and increase the share structure the same day any volume comes in or good news...
