All officers and BODS are actually acquiring shares. The form-4s recently filed with SEC showed these shares were sold to pay for the taxes on the shares they are acquiring through their options. The number shares sold is minimal to how much they already own.

The fact is that both the officers and the BODs own very large numbers of shares acquired over the years. Don't you think that all of them would just love to see the stock pps rocket so they actually could line their wallets?
