since mr megas is very tight lipped on this and
leaking any info any details would only be viewed
as hearsay and opinion.
so with that disclaimer let me say i believe that megas
will do the exchange with all the firms and than i believe
that he will put a company in here for this shell via
the help of stewart snyter...

the good news is i do not believe he will than follow it with a reverse split as public opinion is very important to him
,but i do believe that the stronger company that the other half of the board who opposed the deal that was made wanted to put in here will go into another shell they are currently working on bringing public...
