We can all debate should some things have been done differently, etc... Fact of the matter is he had unrealistic expectations as to how fast this should progress - as many of us did AT ONE POINT.

I leave the nuances of mining and system jockeying in second world country to the experts. However, I have educated myself enough to get a decent understanding of the field of play. Layer in a shoestring budget and the issues compound themselves. Yes, the company has missed certain projections on implementation, etc. We know this. Question is - what has happened since the mgmt shake up in Oct and what happens next???

There's an ugly fact here that few want to admit to. Many false realities have been created on this board that took a complete life of their own. The other reality is there's much about SNEY that never crosses this or other boards...
