MIMV issued millions of shares at .10 per share, according to the latest 10Q filed with the SEC.

and, of course, MIMV is one of 7,000 entities that had agreements with MSFT in the last two weeks as Windows Phone added apps for these entities.

C'mon 236 tell us they issued millions of ten cent shares and that they don't have an agreement with Microsoft. Call me misinformed....or better yet say I'm lying
