I agree with this in general:

a PR being released doesn't mean it is actuall going to happen

However, I think there are more people advising Danny now, and I believe they're helping him distinguish between "hopes" and "firm plans", and to not talk about hopes until they've become firm plans.

Just my sense of things. I could be wrong.

In investing, if I find myself taking a "believe it when I see it" attitude on a particular stock, it's a sign to me to not invest there. If I can't read various clues and signs to get very high confidence that I can tell what's most likely to happen next, I stay away. In BRAV's case, I'm in.
