Thanks for the links. The most recent one presented a problem and would not allow me access ( http://www.eser.org/3-13n-60e-wibaux-county-montana ).
The other was successful and provided much the same info. as the sign at the gate.
I still don't know which parcel the sign at the gate is located and since I couldn't open the link of this morning showing an aerial shot of the facility, I went to the county parcel map, marked the two lots on the west side of Yates Rd and south of Black Diamond Rd., the north parcel surrounded by a blue rectangle and the south parcel surrounded by a yellow rectangle. I also surrounded another parcel on the east side of Yates Rd with a rectangle in red. The two most likely parcels are the ones surrounded by blue and red as they both have areas that could certainly be reclamation facility sites and are most close in comparison to the legal description on the sign at the gate. Below is a link to the photo site on which the photo is posted.

Take a look at that photo and determine which, if any, most resembles the aerial photo you linked to. As I said before, the legal description on the sign resembles those on assessor records of Wibaux County but does not match any of them. The third parcel, surrounded by the yellow rectangle but with no evidence of a facility is also involved in this mess but should not be, so it could have the sign at the front gate, if there is a front gate.
