Give me some time to look into Auctus.
Years ago Dutchess was one of those names that many would avoid and with Posner involved it makes me wonder.
I never followed many stocks with Dutchess involved so I don't know the extent of the damages caused to the companies.

I said undetectable crime because I don't recall any lawsuits against them.

One question I do have is what would be the penalty if SSOL defaulted or didn't comply with the agreement with Auctus?
