Thank you, Zeev. You are correct. But, right now, two years seems like a long time. Once we demonstrate that we can't be trusted to use our power judiciously, it will be difficult for a future administration to correct our course.

Our Congress should not abrogate its Constitutionally-imposed right and responsibility to declare war. For all its faults, the Congress is closer to the people than the Executive Branch.
