It's interesting that some who don't trust teachers to teach the A B Cs, trusts them to carry guns. VA's gov is one such person - Gov McDonnell has systematically cut school budgets and this morning he said, "there is a "reasonable discussion" to be had about allowing school officials to be armed in public schools"...VA teachers don't have the resources to teach, but guns would be good to have!
Who says the NRA doesn't have pols in their pocket!

My daughter is a VA middle-school Guidance Counselor and loves her job but would quit rather than carry a gun.
