WHO says half of all anti-malaria drugs counterfeit, and that some counterfeiters are adding trace amounts of the real drug so they won't test as counterfeit, but won't help the patient but instead may just cause the malaria to become resistant to the drug.

Anyone watch the movie, "The Third Man" based on the Graham Greene novel?
