Without reading all the details of that note, particularly conversion rates, tough to say. But any time you have a convert in the money, there is room for shorting against the block. Took the last ZRAN off here at $14.51 for $.57. Will wait for better prices to reenter. Note BCRX breaking to new low of day... in edit, and I am back in BCRX here at $14.53... also reestablished ORCT (fourth) at $18.18, had a bid at $18.25 and they gave me a $.07 discount, strange.
