buc---The CEO has said that he wants to sell the company and that the most likely time period that a sale would occur would be at the conclusion of the Phase I trial-----so we wait on the IND to be filed with the FDA and approved by them so we can start the first clinical trial-----Phase I can take as long as a year in some cases----so all said the odds currently are that a sale would happen in '14----but we may be surprised how quickly events occur once the IND is sent to the FDA. glty
