That was my impression prior to yesterday.

However, why then did SRSR retest the sample and why was it deemed news worthy if the SOE wasn't doing the same? What value for the cost did it serve?

Yesterdays PR seems to open up the possibility that the SOE was also testing the quality? Maybe is was PR'd just to have something to say and no real consequence we don't know.

Maybe its both. The processing is the only part that matters and I expected that the rocks themselves were already accepted, we don't know that for sure.

So its not at all as clear as you are saying?
