Remember Susman only made one (1) visit to the BK court and that was the day that the hearing of 2 hours took place in the judges chambers and everyone came out white and nervous per Ilene's post that day from the court room.

Remember the frantic scrambling for LAW BOOKS by the U.S.TRUSTEE and the the comments overheard by Ilene from other lawyers about wishing they had held out for more.

The case did an about face that day and you say that the SEALED DOCUMENTS the sealed document had no punch at all LOL.


Susman sealed the deal that day and his minions could mop up after him.

We got the re-organized co and we still do not know the value of it as of today.

The Escrow account will be funded in the near future.

WAHUQ is only 40 million from starting to get its payout.

Things are just heating up with Susman in control.
